The Azerbaijan Consultants Association (AKA) was founded on 1 October 2023 to contribute to the further development and improvement of the business environment in the country. The Association’s principal aim is to raise the level of professionalism of companies that provide high-quality training and advisory services to public and private sector organisations operating in Azerbaijan.
The establishment of AKA is significant for developing specialised human capital in the consulting field and for widening the opportunities for cooperation among the professionals working in it. At the same time, the Association acts as a platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge, strengthening the network among its member companies.
A further key priority of the Association is to raise the quality of training and advisory services, align service standards with the international level and increase the competitiveness of local consulting companies. Through projects, seminars, conferences and training programmes in this direction, AKA works to strengthen Azerbaijan’s consulting sector both in the domestic market and on the international stage.
In this way the Azerbaijan Consultants Association supports the country’s sustainable economic development while also promoting modern approaches in training and advisory services and making an important contribution to the institutional development of the field.

She leads the overall work of the Association, plays the key role in strategic decision-making and represents AKA on local and international platforms. For a long time she served as Director of the Projects Department at the Association of Accountants and Risk Professionals of Azerbaijan. She is also the founder of GM Consulting.

She is a member of the Association’s Board. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Association of Accountants and Risk Professionals of Azerbaijan.

He advises on financial and administrative matters and oversees the formation and execution of AKA’s budget. He is the founder of Credence Consulting.

He leads the design and delivery of training and professional-development programmes. He currently serves as Director of Falcon Consulting.

He is responsible for international cooperation and project development and supports building relations with foreign partners. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Public Union for the Development of Youth.

He works on legal regulation, contracts, internal rules and the drafting of normative documents, and supports the protection of AKA’s legal interests. He currently serves as Director of the Femida Law Office.

Specialised in HR, he carries out initiatives on human-capital development, recruitment and professional guidance, and takes part in shaping AKA’s people policy. He currently serves as Director of HRcell.
